Breast milk needs to be double bagged. Place frozen milk in a breastmilk storage bag. Then place that bag in a Ziplock bag to catch any possible milk leaks. Feel free to triple bag if you want to be safe! Then use a padded envelope or a bubble mail to ship! (Costs around $5 to ship USPS)
Important info:
Any breastmilk is good to use. (fresh, old or expired)
Please put your name and order number on your bag.
Do not ship in any way the requires a signature
Please do not send me your last drops of milk if possible in case of loss in mail
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your milk. I am not responsible for milk lost in mail. You may resend me new milk in the unlikelihood that happens!
How much should you send?
Breastmilk- 1-1.5 oz
Ashes- 1/2-1 tsp
Flowers- 2-4 dried pedals (flowers can not be fresh)
Umbilical cord- Please just send a PIECE of the cord NOT the entire cord
Any leftover breastmilk will be thrown out. Any leftover ashes, flowers or umbilical cord will be mailed back to you with your order. They will never be thrown away!!
Turn around time:
Currently 12-14 weeks after milk is received
Refund policy:
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that I can no longer cancel your order. I can not change ring styles or sizes after 24 hours as the process of creating your jewelry has already been started
Given the distinctive character of this item, returns cannot be accepted. Please note that the colors of the milk may exhibit variations, and the presence of minor air bubbles is possible, as each keepsake is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring its uniqueness. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept the individuality of your chosen piece. Should any issues arise pertaining to errors on my part or quality concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out, and I will be more than happy to assist you until the matter is resolved!
